Refund policy

 

a. Original Artworks:

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of original artworks. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your original artwork and it is undamaged, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

• To initiate a return for an original artwork, please contact our customer support team at marlenabeart@gmail.com.

• Returns for original artworks are subject to inspection to ensure they are undamaged and in the same condition as when they were shipped. If the artwork passes this inspection, you will be eligible for a refund.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

b. Prints:

• Please note that due to the nature of print on demand, we do not accept returns for print orders.

• Orders for prints can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Once an order is in the production phase, it cannot be canceled or returned.
